Types of body tempering

Foot Baths.

The baths we start with a fairly pleasant temperature of water (about + 25-27 degrees) and later reducing it 10 degrees lower. This way of body tempering is recommended for children and the elderly.

Dousing with Cold Water.

Recommended to do it in nature and only summer time. Start from the temperature of about +35 degrees, gradually reducing it to the lower temperature.

Hot/Cold Contrast Showers.

For those who like bought after a contrast shower, doctors advise to change the water temperature at least three times: comfort temperature, the temperature is hot, how much the skin can be constantly, and then for 20-30 seconds – very cold water and repeat everything again. For healthy people, it is enough to complete the procedures with cold water, but if you are in poorer health, finish the shower with pleasantly warm temperature water.

Cold Weather Exposure

Body exposure to the cold weather is the most suitable tempering method for children and seniors. It‘s possible to do it inside, in case of any health problems or no opportunities to get outside. Just keep your windows open and walk around the house wearing less layers or thinner clothes.

Different Types of Saunas.

Going to saunas has a positive effect on the whole body. Different baths and saunas improve blood circulation, metabolism, open pores, clear out mucus and allergens from lungs and nose, and remove toxins out of the body through sweat. Most importantly, the body gains resistance to the high temperatures. However, you should always listen to your body and avoid overheating if you‘re feeling not well.

Sunbathing is combined with being in the fresh air throughout the certain time.
