About

Beach volleyball – Summer Olympic sport that is played only by two players in each team on the sand court.

The game is similar to a typical volleyball game, where two teams compete and try to ground the ball over opponents side of the court and defend the hits from opponent’s. The major differences are the number of players playing and the length of the matches played. Instead of a five-set match, beach volleyball has best-of-three match rule and is played to 21 points, as opposed to the regular 25.
