Activities of KTU Sports and Wellness Center from June

KTU Sports and Wellness Center has been expanding sports activities since June 1. Attention those interested in fitness activities:

GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS:

To participate in group fitness sessions, please register by e-mail activated@ktu.lt or by phone +370 676 92 353 (10 a.m. – 5 p. m.).

Please note:

  1. Each participant will have their body temperature taken.
  2. Sports attire must be worn upon arrival.
  3. Participants must bring appropriate athletic foorwear.
  4. Participants must bring a personal towel and/or mat.
  5. Please disinfect all equipment after use.
  6. Social distancing (2 meters) must be practiced at all times.
  7. No more than 8 participants are allowed to attend a group fitness session.
  8. Personal protection equipment (face masks, respirators, etc.) that covers your nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
  9. Locker rooms and showers will remain closed.

SPORTS CLUB ACTIVATed

Registration to the Sports Club ACTIVATed – https://sportoklubas.ktu.edu/

Regulations for Attendees:

  1. Each person will have their body temperature taken.
  2. Sports attire must be worn upon arrival.
  3. Atendees must bring appropriate athletic foorwear.
  4. All equipment must be desinfected by attendees after use.
  5. Social distancing (2 meters) must be practiced at all times.
  6. No more than 20 people are allowed to be present at the club at one time.
  7. Personal protection equipment (face masks, respirators, etc.) that covers your nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
  8. Locker rooms and showers will remain closed.

INFORMATION FOR UNIVERSITY SPORTS TEAMS:

  • Team members will schedule practice sessions with their coach.
  • Social distancing (no less than 2 meters) must be practiced at all times.
  • Team members must arrive wearing appropriate sports attire.
  • Personal protection equipment (face masks, respirators, etc.) that covers your nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
  • Locker rooms and showers will remain closed.
  • All members of sports teams must register register to attend Sports Club ACTIVATed.

 

WARNING (PLEASE NOTE): Those experiencing respiratory and other illness symptoms, such as fever (> 32 oC), cough, runny nose, sneezing, difficulty breathing, etc. must remain at home.
