April 3: KTU defeated LSU 0:3 in the first semi-final of the NSTL.
April 6-7: Sambo LT Championship was held in Šiauliai. Rokas Katkus took third place and Gintaras Aleknavičius second place.
6 April: Nedas Kasparas triumphed in the Lithuanian Cross-Country Cup in Šiauliai, completing the 6 km course in 21:44.
13-14 April: In the orienteering competition in Alytus, Simonas Riauka came third in the tempo event and fourth in the sprint event. Šarūnė Riaukaitė finished second in the “Prienai Silo Cup 2024”.
13 April: in Vilnius, at the Lithuanian Student Greco-Roman Wrestling Championships Oleksandr Nimashchuk triumphed in the category up to 60 kg and Ilya Rogovec was third in the category up to 67 kg, as well as Ugnius Spaičys and Nedas Urniežius took third places in the categories 67 kg and 130 kg. In the team standings the KTU team finished third.
14 April: Ignas Vanagas, a student of the Faculty of Informatics, became the winner of the Brno Half Marathon, completing the distance in 01:09:51.
18 April: the KTU girls’ volleyball team won the second semi-final match 3:1. Vilunė Rauluševičiūtė scored 18 power points.
20 April: Nedas Kasparas, a student of the KTU Faculty of Electrical and Electronics, won the 3rd place in the second stage of the Lithuanian Cross-Country Cup competition in Trakai.
20 April: Dovilė Kuzmickaitė won the women’s doubles and 10th place in mixed doubles, while Linas Grubiskas and Dominykas Jankauskas took 9th place in men’s doubles and Vakarė Bagdonaitė from VBV took 2nd place in women’s doubles.
21 April: KTU volleyball team lost to Vilnius University 2:3 in the NSTL final for third place and finished the season in fourth place. Viliūne Rauluševičiūtė scored 30 points and had 21 efficiency points.
26 April: the KTU basketball team won the silver medal after the KKML B League final 85-89 against SK Minbra.
27 April: Nedas Kasparas from the KTU Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering won the 3rd place in the adult category of the Lithuanian Spring Cross-Country Championships, and in the junior category he became the winner.
29 April: the KTU basketball team lost to the VDU team in the final match of the Lithuanian Student Basketball League and took home the second place cup. Emilis Bartninkas and Gytis Litvaitis stood out with 21 and 15 efficiency points.
