KTU Sports and Wellness Center Reopening

Kaunas University of Technology Sports and Wellness Center will reopen on the 18th of May. Attention those interested in resuming fitness activities:

GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS:

To participate in group fitness sessions, please register by email activated@ktu.lt or by phone +370 676 92 353 (business hours).

Please note:

  1. Each participant will have their body temperature taken.
  2. Sports attire must be worn upon arrival.
  3. Participants must bring appropriate athletic footwear.
  4. Participants must bring a personal towel and/or mat.
  5. Please disinfect all equipment after use.
  6. Social distancing (2 meters) must be practiced at all times.
  7. No more than 8 participants are allowed to attend a group fitness session.
  8. Personal protection equipment (face masks, respirators, etc.) that covers your nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
  9. Locker rooms and showers will remain closed.

SPORTS CLUB ACTIVATed

Sports Club ACTIVATed will reopen on the 19th of May. To attend the club, please register by email ktuactivated@ktu.lt or phone +370 676 92 353 (business hours). Please visit our main page  for scheduling availability.

Regulations for Attendees:

  1. Each person will have their body temperature taken.
  2. Sports attire must be worn upon arrival.
  3. Attendees must bring appropriate athletic footwear.
  4. All equipment must be disinfected by attendees after use.
  5. Social distancing (2 meters) must be practiced at all times.
  6. No more than 10 people are allowed to be present at the club at one time.
  7. Personal protection equipment (face masks, respirators, etc.) that covers your nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
  8. Locker rooms and showers will remain closed.

 

INFORMATION FOR UNIVERSITY SPORTS TEAMS:

  • All practice sessions will be held outdoors.
  • Social distancing (no less than 2 meters) must be practiced at all times.
  • Team members must arrive wearing appropriate sports attire.
  • Personal protection equipment (face masks, respirators, etc.) that covers your nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
  • Locker rooms and showers will remain closed.
  • All members of sports teams must register register to attend Sports Club ACTIVATed.

 

WARNING (PLEASE NOTE): Those experiencing respiratory and other illness symptoms, such as fever (37,3 C), cough, runny nose, sneezing, difficulty breathing, etc. must remain at home.
