Group Workouts

Choose group training: body design, TRX, Callanetics, Pilates, Tabata, etc. Most of the training sessions take place on the premises of the KTU ACTIVATed Gym at A. Purėno St. 18.

Pilates

Pilates forces you to train the intrinsic muscles like the multifidi, which runs the length of and surrounds your spine, and the transverse abdominis, which is essentially your body’s natural girdle. The result is a stronger body, graceful posture and reduced back pain. Pilates is an ideal workout for those who decide to do sports for the first time in life and for the athletes who want to improve their results

Callanetics

Callanetics is one of the most efficient body-shaping methods since it exercises the deep muscles as well. Callanetics is a special body-shaping method which can be used to improve the shape and the posture of the body in a short period of time. It has a considerably beneficial effect on the general condition of the person’s body. It can be recommended for those who do not favor dynamic exercises.

Body design

Tabata

The intensity is required for a faster achievement of the results. Tabata training method is great for burning of calories.

Circuit training

Circuit training is a functional strength exercise for many muscle groups, combining not only the muscular system, but also the work of the circulatory, heart and other body systems. The training takes place on a circular basis, combining work and rest intervals. During the training, complex exercises are performed, therefore many muscle groups are loaded at the same time.

Ball workout

Workout with a physiotherapy ball involves both regular gym exercises and special exercises that increase the training’s intensity. The main advantage of exercising with an exercise ball as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface is that the body tries to remain balanced in the state of instability, engaging many more muscles. Those muscles become stronger over time. It develops our reaction and posture, as well as many of the muscles of the entire body. Training with balls improves posture and flexibility, exercises balance and coordination.

Resistance band workout

One of the essential features of exercising with bands is the resistance it provides. Unlike weights, it does not depend on gravity, so the movements performed are more functional. Using resistance strengthens the body as it must adapt to more challenging conditions. In addition, exercising with rubber bands is an excellent prevention against injuries, as the body is prepared in many ways.
